Consider contributing to one or more of our pre-tax reimbursement accounts! Setting aside pre-tax dollars to reimburse yourself for health care and/or dependent care expenses can save as much as $40 in taxes for every $100 of eligible expenses. Our Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) are managed by WageWorks/HealthEquity.

Eligible FSA expenses include elegible medical, prescriptions, dental, and vision care out-of-pocket expenses that aren’t covered by your insurance plan for you and your eligible dependents.

The Dependent Care account can be used to pay for eligible dependent care expenses of a qualifying child or relative. Eligible dependent care services include preschool, summer day camp, before or after school programs, and child or elder daycare.  Fees and tuition associated with kindergarten and elementary school are not eligible for reimbursement.

Generally speaking, a qualifying child or relative is:  

• A dependent child(ren) under the age of 13 who resides with you and for whom you are entitled to a personal tax exemption as a dependent

• A spouse or other tax-dependent who resides with you and is physically or mentally incapable of self-care

A commuter transit and/or parking account is a pre-tax benefit account used to pay for public transit (such as CTA, Metra, and Metro) and/or parking as part of your daily commute to and from work. It’s a great way to put extra money in your pocket each month and make your commute more convenient and affordable. And unlike other pre-tax savings programs, it works from month to month with no annual election required — you can sign up, make changes or cancel at any time.
